Rekeying
We will REPLACE any knob and deadbolt that is on an exterior door and any other door that has access to the house, garage, shed, or other building on property.  While rekeying we also make sure all access to the pool and jacuzzi areas are secured.  

Lockbox Installation
We will install a lockbox coded to the clients specified code on either the main entrance or secondary door.

Debris Removal
Household trash, clothes, broken household items and other debris that is not attached to the house.  We will remove the items from interior and exterior of the property.

Maid Services
We complete an initial clean on our first visit to the property unless otherwise noted by the client.  We perform a deep cleaning of the property as noted ion the FHA guidelines and inform our clients of recommendation on other services that can improve the safety, appearance and smell of the property.

Winterization/Dewinterization
Winterizing the property will add assurance to  the client that the plumbing has been safeguarded against freezing temperatures.  We drain and blow out all lines, we drain the water heater and shut-off water at the main.  We use non-toxic anti-freeze in the drains and post notices that the property has been winterized.  
During the dewinterization, we check the plumbing before turning the main back on to make sure that no leaks have occurred since winterizing. 

Pool Securing/Servicing
Making sure the pool is secured is very important so that unauthorized entry to the area is no made.

Repairs
Our company is dedicated to completing repairs that are needed and/or desired in order to either reintroduce the property to the market or to get the property passed inspection for closing.  We have completed full remodeling projects as well as small projects for many clients over the past years.
